Relieves a named corporation of the obligation to pay social security taxes (or interest and penalties thereon) on specified wages paid to individuals during specified periods, if such corporation furnishes specified evidence to the Secretary of the Treasury. Permits such individuals to enter into arrangements with the Secretary to pay amounts equal to such taxes for social security entitlement purposes.
Directs the Secretary to refund to such corporation all such tax, interest, and penalty payments made by such corporation.
