Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to permit the payment of child's insurance benefits to a minor child legally adopted by an individual entitled to old-age or disability insurance benefits regardless of whether the adoption occurred before or after such individual became so entitled, provided that such child was living with and receiving a specified portion of his support for at least one year immediately before filing application for such child's insurance benefits. Specifies that a lesser period than the one year required shall be allowed if such period terminated with the death of the entitled individual.
