A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Navy to prepare and establish the USS Nautilus (SSN 571) as a National Monument located at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland and to provide certain shoreside facilities for the support of the ship and the convenience of visitors.

Designates the United States ship Nautilus as a national monument to be located at the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to maintain such ship and to construct a dredged mooring slip and suitable shoreside facilities for such vessel.

Authorizes necessary appropriations to prepare such vessel for public display and to construct such facilities.
