A bill to amend the Ethics in Government Act requiring a full public disclosure of any private contributions used to defray the cost of an official White House function.

Amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require that a report be filed with the Office of Government Ethics disclosing the sources and amount of any private contribution received for the payment of costs of an official White House function.
