Makes it unlawful to enroll any member of the armed forces in, or to solicit or otherwise encourage any member of the armed forces to join, any labor organization.
Stipulates that any individual violating this Act shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than five years. Stipulates that any labor organization violating this Act shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25,000 or more than $50,000.
