Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide coverage under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Act to an OASDI beneficiary who is medically determined to require enteral or parenteral alimentation or hyperalimentation consisting of amino acid products.
