Authorizes the Camp Fire Girls of Cundys Harbor, Maine, to erect a monument on Maine Avenue in the District of Columbia entitled "The Maine Lobsterman.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to select a suitable site for such memorial and makes the Secretary responsible for the maintenance and care of such monument.
