A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that child's insurance benefits shall not be payable to an insured individual's stepchild, after such child's natural parent and the insured individual are divorced, for any period during which such child is receiving support from another source.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to prohibit the payment of child's insurance benefits to an insured individual's stepchild after such child's natural parent and the insured individual are divorced, if such child is receiving support from another source. Applies such prohibition to a stepgrandchild of an insured individual if such grandchild's natural parent and the son, daughter, stepson, or stepdaughter of the insured individual are divorced.
