A bill to provide that existing regulations issued by the Secretary of Labor with respect to occupational exposure to cotton dust shall cease to be effective and that any future regulations with respect to such exposure shall be subject to congressional disapproval.

Provides that existing regulations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration on June 23, 1978, relating to occupational exposure to cotton dust shall cease to be effective and that any future regulations with respect to such exposure shall be subject to congressional disapproval.
