Amends the Trademark Act of 1946 to declare that it is the intent of such Act to prohibit any State or local law or regulation which would require the display of any additional trademarks, service marks, trade names, or corporate names in any manner differing from the display of such additional marks or names contemplated by the registered mark, as indicated in the certificate of registration.
