A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to provide for the protection, use, and enjoyment of the aesthetic and recreational values inherent in the Federal lands and water at Henry Hagg Lake, Tualatin Project, Oregon.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior, through the Bureau of Reclamation, to develop, operate, maintain, and administer such recreation facilities on the Federal land and water areas associated with Henry Hagg Lake, Tualatin project, Oregon, as the Secretary deems necessary for the safety, health, protection, and outdoor recreational use of the visiting public.
