National Capital Boundary Stones Act - Makes the Secretary of the Interior, through the Director of the National Park Service, responsible for the preservation and maintenance of the original boundary stones delimiting the District of Columbia. Directs the Director of the National Park Service to submit a plan to the Secretary for preserving such boundary stones. Sets forth provisions to be included in such plan. Specifies that such plan shall be considered as approved by the Secretary unless the Secretary disapproves the plan within 90 days from the date of its submission by the Director.
Requires the Secretary, following approval of the plan, acting through the Director, and in consultation with the District of Columbia Daughters of the American Revolution, to implement such plan.
Authorizes the Secretary to acquire the necessary lands and interest to carry out such program. Declares that such lands acquired by the Secretary shall be administered as part of the National Park System.
