A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the deportation of any alien in the United States on a nonimmigrant visa who knowingly participates in a political demonstration, and for other purposes.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Attorney General to deport any nonimmigrant alien who knowingly participates in a political demonstration.

Makes any such deported alien ineligible for future entry into the United States.

Authorizes the Attorney General to waive such deportation or related provisions if in the interest of the United States.

Limits student visas to a one-year period, with extensions of not more than one year for each such extension.
