Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to extend the payment of wife's or mother's insurance benefits, to an individual entitled to such benefits on the basis of having in care a nondisabled child entitled to child's insurance benefits, beyond the child's attainment of age 18 so that such an entitled wife or mother may continue to receive benefits until the child finishes the 12th grade or attains age 19 while still in school, whichever comes first.
