Veterans Judicial Review Act - Provides for judicial review of decisions of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs concerning a claim for benefits or payments under any law administered by the Veterans' Administration.
Repeals the law requiring the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to determine and pay fees to agents or attorneys in allowed claims for monetary benefits under such laws.
