Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation, upon application by the State of Maryland, to make a grant for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge.
Directs that the Federal share of the costs of such project, including reimbursement of the State of Maryland for preliminary engineering costs incurred before the date of enactment of this Act, shall be 100 percent.
Authorizes to be appropriated, out of the Highway Trust Fund, such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act beginning in fiscal year 1982.
