Petroleum Industry Pipeline Divestiture Act - Amends the Clayton Act to make it unlawful, after December 31, 1981, for any person who owns or controls a pipeline to transport by such pipeline any petroleum, petroleum product, or natural gas which such person owns or controls, or has owned, controlled, produced, or refined.
Requires each person who transports by such pipeline any petroleum, product of petroleum refining, or natural gas, not later than December 31, 1980, to submit to the Attorney General plans for compliance with this Act.
