Repeals the 1976 Official Standards for Grades of Carcass Beef promulgated under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, and deems as still in effect the previous regulations superceded by them, until such time as the Secretary of Agriculture promulgates further regulations pursuant to such Act.
