A bill conferring jurisdiction on certain courts of the United States to hear and render judgment in connection with certain claims of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.

Confers jurisdiction upon the United States Court of Claims and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma to hear all claims which the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma may have against the United States with respect to: (1) lands or interests held by the Cherokee Nation in fee simple or otherwise; and (2) damages to tribal assets related to construction of the Arkansas River Navigation System.
