Directs the Board of Regents of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences to establish a program of training in military medicine for reserve commissioned officers enrolled in the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship program.
Authorizes the Secretary of Defense to relieve participants who complete such training program from the 45-day active duty service requirement during one year of the scholarship program.
