H.R. 7853 — A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to prevent payment, in certain cases, of disability insurance benefits for a physical or mental condition arising from an individual's commission of a crime or the individual's incarceration in a penal institution, to exclude from the definition of "full-time student" any individual incarcerated in a penal institution following a felony conviction, and to provide that disability insurance benefits may not be paid to individuals incarcerated in a penal institution following a felony conviction, unless, that individual is participating in a rehabilitation program which has been approved by a court of law. | PoliFocus
