A bill to extend from eight months to twenty-four months the period in which domesticated animals may pasture in foreign countries and be accorded duty-free status upon reentry into the United States.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to permit owners of domesticated animals to pasture their animals in foreign countries up to 24 months (presently eight months) and be accorded duty-free status on reentry into the United States.
