A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide penalties for trafficking in stolen or forged United States checks, bonds, and securities, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit the sale, exchange, or concealment of a Treasury check or Government bond or security, knowing that such item is stolen or bears a forged endorsement or signature.

Authorizes the United States Secret Service to arrest persons committing such offense.

Increases the current penalties for forging contracts, deeds, and powers of attorney to defraud the United States, if the face value of the writing exceeds $500.
