A bill to authorize the documentation of the vessel, Pacific Pride, as a vessel of the United States with coastwise privileges.

Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to document a named vessel as a vessel of the United States with the privileges of engaging in coastwise trade so long as such vessel is owned by a citizen of the United States.
