A bill to amend the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure with respect to the disclosure of matters occurring before a grand jury.

Amends Rule Six of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure (Grand Jury) to permit disclosure of grand jury testimony to any congressional committee for the purpose of disciplining a Member or employee of Congress in accordance with the U.S. Constitution.
