A resolution expressing the sense of the House with regard to the disposition by the United States of any right to, title to, or interest in the property of Canal Zone agencies and any real property located in the Canal Zone.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that any right to, title to, or interest in property of the United States Government agencies in the Panama Canal Zone or any real property and improvements thereon located in the zone should not be conveyed, relinquished, or otherwise disposed of to any foreign government without specific authorization of such conveyance, relinquishment, or other disposition by an Act of Congress.
