A resolution providing for the consideration of H.R. 1650, a bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to establish a clearinghouse for information respecting digestive diseases, to authorize grants to strengthen educational programs in digestive diseases in medical schools, and to establish the National Digestive Diseases Advisory Board.
