Authorizes the expenditure of funds, not to exceed $2,566,872, for investigations and studies conducted by the House Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs.
Prohibits any of these funds from being available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated by any other House committee.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
