Authorizes expenditure, not to exceed $1,432,000, for investigations and studies conducted by the Committee on the Judiciary.
Declares that no part of these funds shall be expended in connection with the investigation of any subject which is being investigated by any other committee of the House of Representatives.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
