Authorizes the expenditure of funds not to exceed $2,000,000 for investigations and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Ways and Means.
Declares that no part of these funds shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated by any other House committee.
States that the authorization granted by this resolution shall expire on January 3, 1980.
