A bill to amend the Act of October 15, 1966 (80 Stat. 915), as amended, establishing a program for the preservation of additional historic properties throughout the Nation, and for other purposes.

Amends the National Historic Preservation Act to revise the authorization of appropriations for United States participation as a member of the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property.
