Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to provide that the income and resources of an individual who sponsors an alien for admission to the United States shall be imputed to such alien during the period of sponsorship, but not longer than three years, for purposes of determining eligibility for benefits under the Supplemental Security Income program.
Exempts from the requirements of such Act aliens who became blind or disabled after the date of their admission to the United States.
