A bill to make postsecondary vocational institutions offering six-month programs of training to prepare students for gainful employment eligible for certain Federal student assistance programs.

Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to include within the definition of "institution of higher education" for student assistance purposes postsecondary vocational institutions which: (1) provide at least a six-month training program; (2) have been in existence at least two years; (3) are nationally accredited; and (4) are legally authorized nonprofit or public postsecondary educational institutions.
