A bill to amend the Act of October 21, 1976, an Act to provide for increases in appropriation ceilings and boundary changes in certain units of the National Park System, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to revise the boundary of the Padre Island National Seashore, Texas, to add approximately 274 acres and to delete approximately 2,000 acres. Declares that authorized appropriations shall apply to the boundary revisions provided herein.
