Amends the National Trails System Act to designate the corridor of approximately 874 miles, extending from the mouth of the Potomac River to its source, located in the States of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail and a component of the National Trails System.
