Repeals specified provisions of Federal law which require various Federal agencies to submit reports to Congress and the President.
Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to require the Attorney General to submit to Congress a statistical summary of certain approved petitions for immigrant status instead of a report on each approved petition.
