Amends the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to redefine the term mobile home to mean a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is more than eight body feet in width, is more than 40 body feet in length in the traveling mode, or contains 400 or more square feet in interior space when erected on site.
Amends the National Housing Act, the United States Housing Act of 1937, and the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to change the classification of mobile home to manufactured housing.
