Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit the manufacture, importation, installation, offer to sale, rent, or lease, or other distribution of telephone receivers or similar equipment manufactured after the date of enactment of this Act for use in connection with any interstate or foreign communication, unless such receiver or equipment is designed and manufactured to permit telephone reception by means of hearing aids with inductive receptors.
Establishes fines for violations of this Act.
