A bill to authorize and direct the Secretary of the Treasury, to cause the vessel Fundy Pride, owned by the State of Maine, as represented by "The Department of Educational and Cultural Services" acting through its Division of Vocational Education, Washington County Vocational Technical Institute, to be documented as a vessel of the United States with coastwise privileges.
