A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain improve facilities for accommodating visitors, improving traffic flow, alleviating safety hazards, and expediting access at Hoover Dam, Boulder Canyon Project, Nevada.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to modify or expand authorized facilities of the Hoover Dam, Boulder Canyon project, Nevada, to eliminate dangerous parking and provide additional parking, improvement of visitor facilities, improved roadways, additional elevators, and other facilities which will contribute toward the relief of the existing traffic congestion and traffic-pedestrian hazards in the Hoover Dam area.
