Atomic Energy Community Act Amendments of 1979 - Amends the Atomic Energy Community Act of 1955 to provide assistance payments to Los Alamos, New Mexico, and to affected school districts at or near Los Alamos.
Authorizes the appropriation of $1,391,800 for fiscal year 1980 and such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year to provide payments to the City of Los Alamos.
Authorizes the appropriation of $3,482,590 for fiscal year 1980 and such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year to provide payments to affected school districts.
