A concurrent resolution urging the Soviet Union to allow Ida Nudel to emigrate to Israel, and for other purposes.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the Soviet Union should release Ida Nudel and allow her to emigrate to Israel.

Urges the President to: (1) express U.S. opposition to the exile of Ida Nudel to Siberia; and (2) inform the Soviet Union that the United States will take into account the extent to which countries honor their commitments under international law, particularly concerning human rights.
