A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide a deduction for funeral expenses paid by the spouse or other relative of the decedent.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow the spouse or relative of a decedent an income tax deduction for the decedent's funeral expenses, if such expenses are not claimed as an estate tax deduction.
