Anti-Arson Act of 1981 - Establishes an Interagency Committee on Arson Prevention and Control to coordinate Federal anti-arson programs and to provide assistance to State and local governments for the prevention, detection, and control of arson.
Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to require the Federal Bureau of Investigation to classify arson as a part I crime in the Uniform Crime Reports.
