Prohibits the preemption of State laws, rules, or regulations, including those of political subdivisions, whenever the United States acquires State lands, unless specifically provided by Congress. Requires Congress to set forth certain findings for any such preemption.
States that acquisition under this Act includes lands acquired by purchase, condemnation, or trade.
