A bill to amend the Buy American Act to require any component costing more than $10,000 to be separately evaluated for domestic origin under such Act.

Amends the Buy American Act to require that each manufactured article, material, or supply which costs over $10,000 and which is a component of a larger article, material, or supply be evaluated separately for compliance with domestic origin requirements governing goods purchased for public use.
