A bill to provide for the issuance of a postage stamp to commemorate the two hundredth anniversary of the birth of Martin Van Buren, the eighth President of the United States, at Kinderhook, New York on December 5, 1782.

Directs the Postmaster General to issue a commemorative postage stamp to honor the 200th birthday of Martin Van Buren, the eighth President. Requires that such stamp be first placed on sale on December 6, 1982, at Kinderhook, New York, the former President's birthplace.
