Amends Federal laws to provide that district courts shall have jurisdiction of any civil action to enforce any order of the Employees' Compensation Appeals Board and to enjoin or suspend any decision or order of the Board.
Authorizes the setting aside of attorneys' fees whenever a claimant for workmen's compensation receives a favorable judgment.
Permits review in a district court of the Secretary of Labor's action in allowing or denying workmen's compensation.
