Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to replace specified cast steel pump casings and minor appurtenant parts at the Robert B. Griffith water pumping plants 1A and 2A (formerly the southern Nevada water project).
Requires the State of Nevada to install such casings in a manner satisfactory to the Secretary.
Authorizes appropriations.
