Prohibits an automobile manufacturer from selling or leasing or offering to sell or lease any new automobile in interstate commerce to any person (including an automobile dealer) during any sales period at a price which is higher than the lowest price at which any other automobile of the same model, similarly equipped, is sold or leased or offered for sale or lease, by the manufacturer during that sales period.
Sets forth specified exceptions to such prohibition.
Permits any person to bring an action against an automobile manufacturer to require compliance with this Act.
Declares that nothing in this Act shall repeal, modify, or otherwise affect the application of any provision of the Federal antitrust laws.
